It’s about finding safe ways to express what’s hard to say out loud.

Dramatherapy can help when:
• talking feels overwhelming
• emotions feel tangled or stuck
• your body holds experiences your words can’t reach

You don’t need confidence, creativity, or the “right words” to begin.
