When the weather heats up, your body works harder — so here’s some friendly advice to help you get the most out of your treatments during this heatwave:
💧 Hydrate before & after your session
Aim for at least 2L per day, as we naturally lose more fluids through sweat in warmer weather.
❄️ Cool, comfortable treatment spaces
Make sure the room you’re treated in is well-ventilated and not overly hot.
🚿 Shower before your session
It helps keep you comfortable and ensures the best experience for both of us.
☀️ Sunburn? We’ll avoid affected areas
Your skin needs time to heal — no deep tissue over crispy shoulders!
⚠️ We monitor for heat-related symptoms
Things like dizziness, swelling, or fatigue can sneak up in the heat, and your safety always comes first.
