Hi everyone, it’s been a while since I last posted. This one is specifically for the ladies (sorry gents) 💛

Some of you may have seen the Sisterhood events I’m involved in with my friend Lauren Lugg (fitness & lifestyle coach). We’ve got a really special themed event tomorrow morning. Saturday 14th February — think Valentine’s / Galentine’s vibes ✨

We’ll start with a workout suitable for all abilities, then move into yoga, breathwork, and a guided meditation with me. After that, we’ll bravely get into our swimmers and head into the sea for some cold water therapy (totally optional!).

It’s always such a beautiful, uplifting experience — everyone leaves feeling lighter and so connected. Highly recommend 🤍✨

Have you ever tried tap massage?

I’ve seen it a lot over the last few years but only recently started bringing it into practice and into my classes. Being a mum of two I was desperate to find ways to help with sleep deprivation. It doesn’t work miracles BUT it does help when you need a quick surge of energy. Can do it in just a couple of minutes, which is a bonus when you have a billion and one things to get on with.
