🎈 BOWDENS TURNS THREE.. 🎈

Three whole years of this incredible journey..
I cannot believe how quickly this year has gone, 3 years of meeting the most amazing clients, lots of chatting and a lot of laughter!

I am incredible grateful for the clients I get to see everyday, the clients who listen to me chat nonsense, the clients who remind me how far I’ve come, the clients who speak so highly of me to their friends and family. Without every single one of you I would not be where I am today, and none of this would have been possible.

We have had an incredible year - we stopped mobile, launched new treatments and rebranded! How can we top that?!👀

A little bit of gua sha blading on this client, although this may look scary and painful - it is completely painless, by forcing the blood to the surface we are helping heal these tight/achy muscles and increasing circulation - this will mean your body is continuing to treat these areas way after you leave your appointment.

Redness is completely normal and will disappear after a couple of days.

Can you tell where this client suffers the most?

As a lash tech she is constantly looking down for hours on end, meaning her neck and shoulders get very achy and tight, resulting in headaches and tension.
Having regular monthly massages helps keep her muscles loose and keeps the headaches at bay - allowing her to carry on lashing.

*Redness from cupping is normal and allows the body to work harder to heal, the marks will lighten over a few days*
