🎉Celebrating 20 Years of Celebrations: 🎄Nurseplus Christmas Parties

One thing many of our staff have looked back on is our legendary Christmas parties.

😀The joy of seeing so many people from across the company all in one place, catching up with colleagues you might not have seen in a while, or finally meeting people you've only spoken to on the phone, and getting to know new faces.

🎉🥂These celebrations were never just about the party or the drinks but the sense of togetherness. For that one night, you get to see that we're all part of one big team, with one simple goal.

Our Bolton Nurseplus team has had the privilege of supporting James 1:1 for the past 5 years.

"Before we came into his life, James hadn't left his care home in three years. Over these two decades, we've been part of countless moments that truly count, ensuring he enjoys the best quality of life possible. We're thrilled to have helped him enjoy his last Christmas at home, surrounded by his granddaughter and great-grandchildren."

"One of our proudest achievements as a team was climbing Mount Snowdon in support of the amazing The Sussex Snowdrop Trust a local charity that provides care for children with life-threatening illnesses and vital support for their families.

It was a tough but unforgettable challenge, and every step reminded us of the strength and resilience shown by the families this charity supports. We’re so proud to have raised over £1,000 to help make a difference in our local community."

Delivering outstanding care means constantly evolving to meet the needs of those we serve.

In celebration of Deaf Awareness Week, one of our dedicated Recruitment Consultants took the initiative to share her sign language expertise with our team and the wider community. 🙌

By reaching out across the community, we spent time teaching simple sign language phrases to ensure individuals with hearing impairments feel recognised, heard and valued. 💬💙
