"BumpBurn" is back on Tuesday 13th January at 6pm.
Classes are strictly limited to 5 as it is held on the gym floor and space is limited.
This is a great opportunity to workout safely and meet other Mums. This class is low key and basically just picking up some weights and chatting all things pregnancy.
Besides all the amazing benefits to mum and baby you also get the chance to pick my midwifery brain as a practising midwife in the local area.
