Yesterday, on 'Mindful Monday', Nicky from Reiki.Shine took our residents and staff on a sound journey of pure relaxation.

Those in attendance felt the calming vibrations, and some of our residents even fell asleep during the session.

Thank you to Nicky for visiting us and for reminding us how important it is to take some time to chill out and allow our minds to escape for a while, on a tranquil journey of pure relaxation! 🙂
