Good afternoon Claire

I would just like to say a huge thank you to you, the office staff and the lovely ladies that come and look after me every day.

The help I get from everyone is phenomenal and I can’t thank you all enough.

After my accident and the long spell in hospital I was glad to be home and have my lovely ladies with me again and with everybody’s help and encouragement I have now got to the point that my wounds have healed and I’m now on my second day of sitting in the chair, something I thought would take longer but I have so much support from everyone and we work as a team that I have managed to get this far.

So please let everyone know how grateful I am for their support and help and we will continue forward

One Christmas, we created a Christmas Sparkle Ball with our residents, and the results were magical! Affordable, impactful, and truly dazzling—it became the highlight of our Christmas party. 🎄

This hands-on project was more than just decoration; it was a sensory experience that engaged everyone, especially residents living with dementia. From putting it together to admiring the final sparkle, it brought joy, connection, and plenty of smiles!
