I was inspired to write a blog on extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) after my recent trip to Koronekes Olive Mill in Crete.

With so many types of olive oil such as extra virgin olive oil, virgin olive oil, pure olive oil, and light olive oil, it can be hard to justify spending more on a good quality EVOO.

In my blog, I outline the benefits of EVOO, how to determine whether it is good quality, and whether it is worth spending the extra cash on this type of olive oil.

It’s official! Today, I completed my Matrix Reimprinting certification. 🎓

Matrix Reimprinting is a powerful extension of Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping). This will allow me to work more effectively with my clients by addressing underlying emotional issues that often underpin physical illness.

I cannot wait to use this technique to help my clients achieve their wellness goals! ⭐️
