Who could ever divorce us from the endless love of God’s Anointed One? Romans 8:35 TPT
Divorce?
When we hear the words divorce or separation is frightening. We fear because we wrongly believe that we will lack.
Here in this passage, God reminds us that even though people divorce us, they are unable to divorce us from God’s love! For many of us, it is only in those circumstances that our hearts finally Belongs to Him. And He strongly supports those whose heart is entirely His. No! God doesn’t like divorce, He hates divorce, but you like me, did not have a choice in the matter. When people divorce us is when God entirely brings us to Him. And His love is not a small love, a small support it is endless, limitless love He will never under any circumstances leave us or abandon us, and we will never ever lack in love, companionship, fun, My God will supply all your needs! Actually, we end up better, because His love is an abundant and everlasting love very different from selfish human love.
Now that there is more space for Him in your life, he wants to give you more than you dare to imagine or think in your wildest dream. Imagine it, if you will, as a huge banquet of food set before you Are you going to go hungry if the peanut butter sandwich you normally eat is not there? What if your bank account was in the millions, would you even miss a ten-dollar check that someone did not give you? That is what it is like when you have all of Jesus! You will never need or want anything from anyone else. Instead, you can share your food (which never runs out like the loaves and fish) with everyone who is hungry. You can share your riches with everyone who is poor. You can give your love to your children or husband without needing their love to be returned. There is no longer any need to run after a man to supply anything for us or to protect us. And not only will our needs be met above and beyond what we could hope, ask, or even think, all of it will come without pain or shame, or regrets. Wow!
This Person is only real when we allow Him to be real in our lives, when we truly become His bride. And as His bride, we will want for nothing. Ask Him today to become everything for you, ask Him to take care of everything that you need. Ask Him to remind you of something that you need to do that you may be forgetting, ask Him which clothes should you wear, and which shoes should you buy? How does He want you to have your hair, what you should eat in order for you to remain healthy. He will do it. He wants to love you and love you unconditionally!
