📣📣FEEDBACK AND RESISTANCE - YOGA WORKSHOP
• What if your movement practice enhanced your inner experience while developing greater strength and
stability?
• What if you were able to manage chronic pain more effectively?
• What if you practiced moving from a well informed and loving place?
Throughout this beginner workshop, in a safe and supportive environment, you will explore innovative ways
to enhance your yoga practice using feedback and strengthening tools which include thera-bands, yoga
bricks, amongst others.
As we get older, it becomes more important to load the tissues effectively, to increase range of movement
and joint stabilisation.
This simultaneously develops our strength and stretch capacity while increasing our proprioceptive
awareness - our ability to sense where we are in relationship to our environment .
Who is this workshop for?
This is a Beginner Level workshop open to people who might have dabbled in a class or two and are curious
about yoga and somatic movement. This is also designed for more experienced practitioners who want to
expand their practice in more innovative ways.
Using bands and bricks is particularly helpful for people who have hyper mobility and/or experience chronic
pain
This is also for anyone who’s movement jam is only yoga and need to increase their strength capacity.
What to bring:
• Bottle of water
• Yoga Mat
• Blanket
• Foam Blocks / Bricks (if you have)
(I will provide therablands and have spare blocks/straps)

There will be nourishing high protein sweet and savoury snacks served at the end of the workshop so please
