Decided to bring back the Ashford Wednesday WALK AND TALK !!
It’s been over 2 years since I was able to put this Community based idea back together, and as we know it is needed in 2022 🙂

Everyone welcome..
Dogs must be kept on leads.
Children and prams welcome too.

Bringing the community together again in the fresh air, walking from Victoria Park, around Singleton Lake and back again taking approximately an hour, watching the seasons change colours before our eyes.

Please message me so I can record numbers if you are interested in joining us.

Community fitness is back in South Ashford Youth Club tomorrow evening at 6.30pm.

It’s all about fun, laughter, exercise and friendship.

All ages, all abilities, no judgement, community led.

A woman’s body...

She will always see her body differently to how you see her

She will see every blemish, every stretch mark, every scar of childbirth, every part of her aging

She will wear that dress today, but feel awful in it tomorrow

She will use filters in photos, angles and windows
