An evening of gentle healing, guided meditation and Reiki, held in the soft glow of candlelight ✨
A sanctuary to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

Breathe. Relax. Be.

Whether you’re new to meditation or seeking a deeper practice, this is your space to release, restore & realign.✨

🧘‍♀️ This is a floor-based session on yoga mats (with the option of a seat).

🧘‍♀️ Please bring:
• Yoga mat, cushion, blanket.
• Anything else to help you feel cosy and supported.

Chair Yoga at the Lake House Kent Wellbeing CIC✨

We are so excited to announce a brand new Chair Yoga session led by the wonderful Denise from Roots & Boots Lifestyle

Whether you’re looking to improve your mobility, reduce stress, or simply enjoy some gentle movement in a supportive environment, these sessions are designed for every body.

The Details:
When: Every Thursday (Starting 19th March)

Time: 11:30am – 12:15pm

Why Chair Yoga?
It’s a fantastic way to stretch and strengthen without the strain of getting up and down from the floor. Perfect for those with limited mobility, those returning to exercise, or anyone who wants a mindful midday break!

Chakra Dancing is a complete workout for mind body and soul.
Through spontaneous dance we can all free up our natural energy tlows, and balance the seven major energy centres of the body.
Marianne will take you on a journey of self-discovery and fun.

Kay & Lisa will then Indulge you in a Reiki infused Sound bath.
Kay will guide you gently into the relaxing sound bath, whilst Lisa will offer you all, the magic of reiki.

Please bring along a yoga mat, blanket & eye pillow.
We will then finish with refreshments & cake.
No dancing experience needed.

This International Women’s Day event brings together nearly 100 local female-led businesses, inspiring speakers and hands-on workshops — all celebrating amazing women in our community.

Entry is just £3, and every ticket includes entry into a raffle packed with amazing prizes including vouchers, treatments, experiences, wine and chocolates.
All proceeds from the event are being donated to Rising Sun, Macmillan Cancer Support and A Sisterhood.

Collaborating with this beautiful lady is simply like sunshine!
We have known each other for almost 20 years.
Our paths met working together in domiciliary care, we then went our own paths with different jobs.
We remained friends & then the universe brought us back together, collaborating holistically.
