IC24 has turned 30!
To celebrate, we’re encouraging our colleagues to get involved in some wellbeing activities — and you’re welcome to join in too.
For three decades, our people have been at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’re inviting everyone to take part in our 30 for 30 Wellbeing Challenge.
Here’s how it works:
Spend 30 minutes doing something that boosts your wellbeing — anything that helps you feel energised, grounded or joyful.
Choose your activity — a walk in nature, a digital detox, journaling, yoga or cooking your favourite meal.
Like Ollie here, who boosts his wellbeing in the gym, it’s all about finding what works for you.
Thirty years is a milestone, but it’s the people behind the journey who make it meaningful. Let’s honour that by taking time to recharge and look after ourselves.
