All our employees are highly trained and experienced this allows us to offer our customers the best person to support their needs. A big thank you to Tanya Armes from HomeCare Compliance Consultancy for leading a really practical, engaging session.

We focused on what good care plans should look like in practice — not just as a regulatory requirement, but as a living document that:

reflects the person properly

supports consistent, safe care

gives carers confidence in what they’re delivering

stands up to scrutiny during inspection

The feedback from the team was excellent, and sessions like this are a key part of how we keep standards high, skills current, and care person-centred.
