Ultima Care supply experienced Nurses, Health Care Assistants and Support Workers to different health care providers in the local areas. We aim to provide the highest quality care possible and deliver the best customer service. All our employees are highly trained and experienced this allows us to offer our customers the best person to support their needs. 🌿 Dementia Awareness Training at Ultima Care 🌿

Today our carers took part in a really valuable Dementia Awareness session, delivered by Matt and Sharon.

At Ultima Care, we believe great care starts with understanding. Dementia affects so many people and their families, and it’s vital our team feel confident, compassionate, and well-equipped to provide the very best support.

This training wasn’t just about theory — it gave our carers space to share experiences, ask questions, and reflect on how dementia impacts daily life. Together, we explored practical approaches, communication techniques, and ways to ensure every person we support is treated with dignity, patience, and respect.

We’re incredibly proud of our team for always striving to learn and improve. The passion and commitment in the room today was inspiring and a reminder of why we do what we do 💜.

A huge thank you to Matt and Sharon for leading such an engaging and thought-provoking session — dementia awareness is not just training for us, it’s part of who we are.
