Hypnosis is a natural phenomenon - a state of altered consciousness we all go through at least twice a day, on waking and on falling asleep. The Hypnotherapist induces this daydreamy state but you are never out of control in any way. Once you are relaxed, your mental awareness is heightened, although you are not aware of it, and it is possible to feed your mind with positively framed suggestions which reprogramme it. Hypnotherapy has great success rates and all you need to bring to a session is an open mind. Simple Suggestion hypnotherapy can be used for stopping smoking, weight control, fear of flying, driving test nerves, exam nerves, IBS, phobias, anxiety, ME, pain, panic attacks, self esteem, self confidence, sexual dysfunction, sports performance, tinnitus, help with childbirth, assertiveness and for many other problems.
