We had a great day learning about new products, equipment, industry trends etc.

Primal were particularly very helpful!

Great conditions for a tempo run today!

Also anyone using Garmin, I have recently switched to using their ultra fit nylon strap and I would highly recommend. It fits tight enough to get an accurate HR reading without needing the chest strap.

I’m back at the studio this week after having my thyroid removed last Tuesday.

Sorry for the graphic pics!

Thank you to all of my clients, friends and family who sent some lovely messages and gifts to aid my recovery!

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to achieve my ultramarathon goals this year due to poor health.

I am currently feeling good and motivated and am already planning my fitness goals for next year!
