16.04.26 Yin Yoga - A practice of ☯️ yin and Yang. Taking the time to connect more deeply with each pose.

23.04.26 Power Hour - A combination of ancient tapping techniques, sun salutations, Tibetian rites and a well deserved savasana.

Every Thursday 11.30-12.15 Chair yoga. Come and join us for a class supporting mobility and building community £7.50

We are so excited to share this with you…

On Wednesday 1st April, we’re coming together at The Old Vicarage in Challock for a 3-hour spring threshold experience, blending Energy Medicine Yoga, Cacao, Sound Healing, Reiki, and Creative Artwork.

Early April carries beautiful Wood element energy representing growth, expansion, vision, forward movement. This is a powerful time to plant intentions and step gently into a new season.

What to expect:
• Stand in Sound bowl welcome
• Cacao + intention setting
• Chinese Energy Medicine Yoga (Liver & Gallbladder – spring focus)
• Tibetan Singing bowls - Sound healing & Reiki Healing
• Creative spring artwork with tea & fruit
• Grounding Essence to close
