This programme runs over three consecutive weeks, with each session building on the last.

The 3-Week Journey
Week 1 β Emotional Clear-Out
We begin by letting go.
This session focuses on:
Releasing emotional build-up, stress, and mental clutter
Letting go of unhelpful habits, beliefs, or patterns
Creating a calm, clear mental foundation for change
Many people describe this session as deeply relaxing and mentally refreshing.
Week 2 β Food, Focus & Weight
This session is about awareness and control.
Weβll work on:
Improving your relationship with food
Eating more mindfully and with intention
Reducing emotional or automatic eating
Strengthening focus and self-control around choices
The aim is not restriction, but clarity, balance, and healthier focus.
Week 3 β Bringing It All Together
This final session ties everything up.
We focus on:
Reinforcing positive changes from the first two weeks
Strengthening confidence and motivation
Locking in healthier thought patterns
Leaving you feeling grounded, empowered, and clear
This session helps ensure the work continues after the programme ends.
