Every Saturday 09:50 - 11:00 am yoga session is called bridging the gap between beginners and intermediates. We pick a pose each month and we prepare the body and mind for it, with all the deeper aspects of a yoga practice. Physically we will work with variations and modifications of our peak pose, and after some technical and strengthening work we may add it into a simple slow flow. Sounds good doesn't it! This is suitable for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness or is a beginner in yoga and would like that little bit of encouragement to the next level. Be prepared to be introduced to a deeper yoga practice. This is our last Saturday with Virabhadrasana iii. email me on contact@ashfordyoga.co.uk to book in .

Most people think if they can touch their toes... they are doing 'real' or 'better' yoga, but it's never about that. Wherever we are in a pose we all meet the same point of resistance. It's about what we can learn about ourselves when we reach that point of resistance that counts.

Ashford Yoga has spaces in a beginners yoga session every Wednesday morning 10am- 11am in the Elwick Club Ashford town centre. email to book in. contact@ashfordyoga.co.uk
