I'm Becky a Swedish Massage Therapist working from two beautiful clinics in Biddenden and Cranbrook - both located in Kent - The Garden of England. I have the great pleasure and fortune to work alongside practitioners such as chiropractors, massage therapists, personal trainers, homeopaths, nutritionists, reflexologists and counsellors. And I regularly provide guest treatments of Stedecourt Private Fitness Retreat as well as doing home visits.

After travelling the world as a yacht stewardess having completed a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnology, project management and curating - I decided to fulfil my passion for health and wellbeing by becoming a Massage Therapist. I've now been a professional Massage Therapist since 2017 and have treated numerous clients in various locations such as ski resorts, onboard luxury yachts, at Spa's, Retreats and offices. I'm currently furthering my massage career by studying Thai Yoga Massage which will be available in clinic in 2024!

Last week I had the great opportunity to do mini massage 💆🏻 treatments for a group of young adults with learning needs that was visiting here in Tenterden, Kent.

I teamed up with my friend Claire from and together we provided massage treatments and forest bathing 🌳to complement this groups well-being day.

It was a glorious sunny ☀️ day filled with joy, love and kindness ❤️🫂🙏🏻

Opportunities like these makes me feel extra proud of my job as a massage therapist and grateful to call this job my service 💁🏼‍♀️in this world 🌎- to bring more calm 😇and peace ☮️ one massage at a time.

As the autumnal photography 📸 competition at was such a hit last year we’re now doing a spring themed one.

It’s such a beautiful time of the year and we can’t wait 😁to receive and display your amazing photos in the clinic

HOW TO ENTER

* Take your best spring themed photo 📸 somewhere in Kent

* Send it to us via email info@biddendenchiropractic.co.uk (please include location)

* Entries to be received by Tuesday 1st April

* Maximum of two entries per person and please ensure you include your name

* Please ensure photo quality/resolution is good enough for printing

After the 1st April when all entries have been received we will select our top 10 photos.

These photos will then be displayed in the practice for 4 weeks for visitors/patients to choose their favourite.

The overall winner will be announced on Monday 28th April.

The lucky winner will receive a complimentary 1hr massage 💆🏻
with myself 💁🏼‍♀️

Hello to all my previous & new followers 🤗

I'm Becky, originally from Stockholm, Sweden and I've been a massage therapist since 2017.

I offer a variety of treatments such as Swedish, Hot Stone, Indian Head, Pregnancy and Post-Pregnancy Massage - as well as a remedial Massage Therapy which focus on areas where the body are particularly tight.

I also offer a floor based Thai Yoga Massage that combines massage with stretching where my clients are treated on a large mat.

I'm based at the chiropractic clinic Biddenden Family Chiropractic on Bloomsburys Biddenden where I treat clients regularly as well as working remotely 🚙 with home visits across the Kent/Sussex border. I hope to see you soon! 🤗
