Celebrate World Sleep Day by taking a nap if you can.
As reflexologists, we often support clients whose sleep patterns are unbalanced -sometimes because of stress, sometimes due to shift work, physical health challenges, caring responsibilities, or simply the sheer weight of everything we carry day to day.
Many clients find some relief from insomnia after reflexology. The gentle, targeted touch and carefully planned techniques play a huge part, but so does the simple act of having space to relax - without the expectation of sleep (although that often happens!)
We all know what it’s like to feel tired but not rested, and how elusive sleep can be when we finally try to settle at night.
Finding time to rest - during the day as well as in preparation for sleep - can make all the difference. And sometimes, a reflexology treatment is exactly the rest we need 😴💜
