⭐️This was medicine for the soul ⭐️

✨🕯️Ancient stone walls, glowing candlelight, and the pure frequencies of Mozart & Vivaldi vibrating through the beautiful old St.Mildred’s Church in Tenterden.

✨🎻Strings, light, friendship, and stillness ~ a reminder to pause, feel, and let beauty recalibrate the nervous system.
Grateful for new experiences and sacred time out.

✨🕯️This was my first candlelight concert, and I will definitely attend others in the future. If you’re looking for a lovely evening out solo or with friends I highly recommend the Lumos Candlelight Concerts. They play all over the country, check them out at lumos-experiences.com or .experiences here. I see they are playing at Canterbury Cathedral on Valentines! 🌹✨🎻😉 .

🐶🐱⛑️🌿PET FIRST AID meets MINDFUL CALM! | SATURDAY 11th APRIL | 10.00 am - 2.30 pm | .studio.evegate - ASHFORD, TN25 6SX.

This session is something really special, and offers skills for both ends of the lead.

Due to popular demand, I have partnered up again for a second training day with the amazing Aubrey .

This is a unique, small group workshop that combines your pet first aid course with mindfulness tools to help keep you both calm in emergencies.

In this specially crafted certified course you will learn:
✅Practical CPR, bandaging, and choking relief strategies
✅Discover how to calm your nervous system
✅How to think clearly under pressure using breath work
✅Be confident in helping pets in an emergency with knowledge

Alongside the core pet first aid elements, students will also get to create their own emergency ‘calm plan card’ to keep with them or in their pet first aid kit.
