😊HOW DO YOU LET OFF STEAM? ~ Ever noticed how a steam train needs to release pressure before it powers ahead? 🚂💨
😊We’re no different. In life, and in wellbeing ~ releasing stress isn’t a sign of weakness, it’s the fuel that propels us forward.
😊I recently travelled by an old steam train through our local countryside, sipped wine, shared stories, and felt stress melt away.
😊It reminded me ~ when we take time to decompress, we move with clarity, strength & purpose. In a world that moves fast, healing happens when we don’t. 🌱
Rolling slowly through nature on a heritage steam train was a gentle nudge to return to presence.
😊 Wellbeing isn’t always meditation & matcha ~ sometimes it’s slowness, company, history, and nature reminding you to BREATHE. Nourish. Notice. Be present. Sometimes the slow route brings the deepest healing.
