Happy new year to all my friends, patients and associates. I hope you had a festive break. I am aware that some of you were unwell, while others were severely unwell. I hope you have all made good recovery.
With C-19 still brewing, and the flu still a close second, we all need to be cautious. Please don't let down your guard! That's the opportunity the viruses are waiting for! #

One of the things I enjoy about my job is the wide range of ailments we have to treat. We are trained to treat the person and not the disease. That does not mean we ignore what the patient tells us. On the contrary. We listen to what the patient is saying, and from the history plus the examination we formulate a treatment to benefit the patient.
No two patients are the same. Hence the treatment might be different for different patients even though the condition might appear similar.

We have had some beautiful weather recently and the lawn mowers have been back in action. Your body will need servicing too before you swing into action! Visit your osteopath and have your service, so you can keep up with your mower!

Hi guys. We all want to see an end to this evil virus which has caused so much misery and hardship. Try to be strong and uplifting. Take regular exercise, have a good diet and plenty of rest. I am very positive. If together, we all do our part, we will get through this disaster.

I would like to thank all my patients for their kind support. By arriving at their appointed time wearing their face mask, this is helping with social distancing, it gives me time to sanitize and ventilate my work environment, but above all it keeps everyone safe. Thank you.

Well. Since restarting following lockdown, things have been going very smoothly. All clients are being checked, ample gaps between bookings to clean and ventelate, and clients are being kept from meeting up. The down side is they can't see my smile and no shake hands nor cuppa

After working till 6pm, home by 7 then defrosted the freezer. After dinner freezer was once more refilled. Up early distributing leaflets for our residents association, then breakfast. Now, started my day job, working till 6.15 then off to a meeting for 7pm at the Maidstone hospital. It's good to keep busy. I never get bored😎
