Thank you to everyone for coming to class this year.
Just a reminder: No classes on 24th, 29th and 3rd December.
Yoga will be available on Saturday 27th December to restore calm.

***Winter self care date just for you!***

We will be holding another self care session on Saturday 20th December 10-1pm.
This allows you to take a break from the busyness of the season, and to take a breather for yourself. This is a relaxed affair, where we take the time to take it easy!

- Pilates 10-10:45
- Yin and Restorative yoga 10:55-11:45 (see below **)
- Sound bath 11:55-12:40
From 12:45 onwards there will be cheese, cakes (I’ll be baking too), fruit and a variety of drinks.

At the Cade Road venue in Ashford, Kent.

Keeping it small and intimate. We used rosemary and frankincense this month to calm the nerves, with some yin yoga to stretch the joints to let go of the week’s stresses. Then following on with a sound massage and soothing sound bath.
Chilling out with care.

Spend some time taking care of your tummy to set up a good flow of energy for the rest of the day.

My favourite at the moment is a bowl oats made with coconut milk topped with berries, walnuts and mixed seeds. Brain and body happy food.
