The weather has not been kind so far this year....
...but a breath of fresh air is on the horizon... 🌤️

There is something about the transition from Winter to Spring that feels like a collective exhale. At The Lake House Kent Wellbeing CIC, we are already prepping the grounds for a season of renewal.

We can’t wait to welcome you back onto the lawn for:

Morning Salutations: Feeling the sun on your face during a flow.

Lakeside Reflection: Finding your favorite bench with a steaming mug and a notebook.

Nature in Bloom: The vibrant colors of our gardens coming back to life.

While we wait for the seasons to shift, come join us in the cafe for a "preview" of that peace.
