Chris is an experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Trauma and Hand Surgeon, specialising in upper limb surgery, including hand and wrist arthritis, sports injuries, nerve conditions, and fractures.

With over 10 years as a consultant at East Kent, Chris is currently the senior NHS hand consultant at East Kent NHS Trust. In this role, he regularly manage complex hand and wrist conditions, as well as major trauma surgeries. He takes a patient-centred approach, always aiming to provide the most up-to-date, tailored treatments to ensure the best possible outcomes for each individual.

Chris has been a doctor for almost 25 years, having graduated from St. George’s Hospital Medical School in London. His training was completed through the prestigious Guys and St Thomas’ South East Orthopaedic Training Programme, where he built a strong foundation in orthopaedic surgery. In 2013 he was invited to the world renowned Upper Limb and Microsurgical Fellowship in Brisbane, Australia, where he had the privilege of working with Mark Ross and his team. This experience further honed Chris' expertise in treating complex orthopaedic cases and reinforced his passion for advancing the field of hand surgery.
