It’s a free, informal group for people living with epilepsy, families, carers, and anyone wanting to learn more — focused on connection and reducing isolation.

Hiya everyone 👋 I am excited to announce that I am starting an epilepsy support group here in Ashford for people who live with this conditions or families who take care loved ones. Our group is to support friends, families and people affected. Come along to our coffee morning on Sunday 22 February 12pm-1pm have a chat, unwind and meet new people.
