If you’ve been thinking about it, this is your little nudge to book ahead…

When you pre-book your ticket, you’ll be automatically entered into a prize draw to win a huge hamper packed full of gorgeous goodies generously donated by some of our lovely stallholders. It’s such a good one.

A few important bits to know:

- This is a female event only.
• Children are very welcome and go free, but must be with an adult at all times

• Tickets will be available on the door, however the hamper raffle ticket will need to be purchased separately

• Attendance is required to win — your name will be ticked off on entry before the draw

If December already feels like ‘too much’… this is for you.
The run-up to Christmas is magical…
but for so many midlife women, it’s also the most mentally overloaded time of the year.
Lists, organising, shopping, planning, work deadlines, family expectations — and you’re doing all of that while juggling peri-menopause symptoms that already push your stress levels higher than normal.
When oestrogen drops, your adrenal glands take over.

Which means your body is already under pressure…

Add Christmas on top, and it’s no wonder you feel snappy, tearful, wired, overwhelmed or like you just want to hide under the duvet.
So this December, I’m running something gentle and supportive:

A festive reset to help you steady your nerves, lower the noise, and create tiny pockets of peace in the chaos.
