The Strength Sanctuary is a bespoke blend of high intensity work outs & yoga within a 4 night reside People come on our retreats for a variety of reasons.

The Strength Sanctuary is a three-four night residential fitness and wellness retreat for women. We have designed our retreat to allow our guests to escape the demands of everyday lives and focus on their bodies and minds. They may be looking to kick start a fitness regime or to improve existing fitness levels and challenge themselves. Some are looking to lose weight, or simply just to get away from the daily grind, treat themselves to quality ‘me time’. Whatever your reason for coming, we will ensure that you achieve the most out of your experience. The Strength Sanctuary Retreat’s emphasis is on a mixture of multi-disciplined, high and low intensity cardio vascular exercise, Yoga, clean eating and restful time. The aim is to build on the strengths and skills that we all have. We can cater for all levels. Each guest is treated as an individual and we work in a small female only, group environment. We are not a “fat” camp or a boot camp. We do not make any claims about weight or inch loss, however, we do aim to provide time and space for each of our guests to work to their own pace, focus on their own bodies, to be inspired by others and to take time away from the pressure of life, family and work. There is no shouting or starvation in our ethos. We provide a supportive and encouraging environment. We include nutritionally balanced clean food, that will give our guests the opportunity to detoxify. This retreat is a chance to strengthen and challenge our bodies, cleanse our digestion system and re-boot the body and the mind.

We have twin and triple options.
Our weekend is filled with Fitness, Yoga, Amazing food, Luxury accommodation, Hot tub, Heated swimming Pool, Massage, long country walks …..check out the venue Whitfield House
All taking place in Biddenden, Kent with a wonderful group of women (max group 20).

At The Strength Sanctuary we prioritise feeling well, being honest about what that means and giving space to learning things that might aid feeling better. Sometimes that can be as simple as sleeping in, napping on a sun lounger, or taking a sauna. For some it can be learning how to swing a kettle bell or going for a forest jog.

Please get in touch to secure your space with us. We offer you three chances in 2025 to enjoy our bespoke blend of Fitness and Wellness. We incorporate cardio conditioning, core strength, flexibility, resistance and strength training, with twice daily Yoga. All set in our Boutique venue in the Kent Countryside. The Strength Sanctuary is a safe, welcoming and supportive space for women to escape the demands of everyday life and focus on fuelling and building strength within their bodies and mind.

And just like that the clouds blew away and today the sun shone on us all. We have swam, boxed 🥊 eaten, trained, laughed and more. Yin yoga now and a delicious supper to follow. Beautiful scenese with and delivering the awesomeness of our strength sanctuary. More goodness planned for tomorrow but not until we have had a sauna and chatted by the fire 🔥 blissssss

Last minute spaces on a unique boutique retreat set in rural Kent. We have been running these wonderful nurturing and empowering weekends for many years. We move our bodies through a variety strength training, boxing, walking, yoga and more. We rest our bodies in our heated pool, sauna and luxurious bedrooms in our Grade 2 listed manor house with 30 acres of private land to roam. We never normally advertise but now we find ourselves with 4 spaces perfect for a group or women who like to share. 27th-29th Sept.
