IMPORTANT

Northumbrian Water have advised it could take up to 12 hours to fix the issue with the water supply we have therefore taken the decision, for health and safety reasons to close for the rest of the night. All being well, we will reopen tomorrow at 12.

We have been informed that there was a customer in the club on Thursday 16th and friday 17th of December afternoon who has tested positive for covid so we ask that anyone who was in the club during those times to be tested thanks

Final prep is being done ready for Monday and we now know the regulations that must be followed:-

😊Individual Track and Trace is mandatory, we have our QR codes placed around the club and paper slips will be available for those who don't have the app. You must show that you have completed this to a member of staff before you are served.
😊Rule of 6 still applies with a maximum of 2 households per table.
😊Tables and chairs have been placed for the social distancing 1 metre plus rule and so these must not be moved.
😊Table service only still applies
😊Masks must be worn when you are not seated.
😊Last orders will be 30mins before closing.
😊Bingo will go ahead at the weekend IF numbers permit.
😊For the time being there will be no Darts or Pool available.

We are taking every step possible to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, hand sanitizer and cleaning materials are available at cleaning stations.

If the government's road map continues the way it is, we are hoping to be back with you all from Monday 17th May 2021. There is likely to be some restrictions still in place and we will announce these over the next few weeks but for now these are our planned opening hours from 17.05.2021

Happy New Year everyone. We'd rather be with you to say it but this will have to do for this year. Hope everyone has a lovely time but please continue to stay safe so we can all be back together again soon.

While we've been closed we have made some changes and will post the before and after photos soon to show you the new decor😉

📣Update based on new Government Guidelines 📣

As per the announcement on Saturday that the country will go into a second national lock down from 00:01 on Thursday 5 November 2020, we have decided to open as follows:-

Tuesday 3 November 2020 - 12:00 to 21:30
Wednesday 4 November 2020 - 12:00 to 21:30

After this time the club will be closed until further notice. Keep checking this page for updates and thank you for your continued support.

📣📣📣New Government Rules📣📣📣

Morning all, just an update regarding the new measures which come into force today.

😷All customers will be required to wear a face covering when entering, leaving or moving about the club but not whilst sat at a table (customers with medical exemptions should make this known to a member of staff whilst completing track and trace information)

😊Customer facing staff will also be required to wear a face covering.

Adherence to the face covering rule is a requirement as we are liable to a fine for non-compliance.

💢For the foreseeable future the club will be for Members and regular patrons ONLY, anyone entering who does not fall into this category will be refused service and asked to leave the premises - this has been agreed by the committee and is not negotiable.

💯 We will continue to be taking Track and Trace details in the usual way but we also have the new NHS Covid19 Track and Trace QR Code visible which you are encouraged to scan (there is 1 displayed in the concert room noticeboard, 1 on the green social distancing sign at the entrance and 1 displayed on the main entrance noticeboard)

🍻We will continue to provide table service and our tables have been placed to comply with social distancing guidelines. Tables and chairs must not be moved.

🎲Bingo will continue on Saturdays and Sundays and members of the committee will be wearing a face covering whilst selling tickets and checking winning books, this is for your safety and theirs.

🕙All customers must be out of the club by 22:00 so on the evenings we are open until 10pm, last orders will be 21:15

🤲Please ensure hand sanitiser provided is used on entry to the club and as often as possible during your visit.

Dave and the team are working extremely hard to keep everyone safe at this difficult time so help us to continue to be Covid secure.
