Great mental health care isn’t just clinical, it’s human.

⭐️ Fit for the Future defines 3 big shifts - where our systems can support staff and patients for example:

✅ Texting url link to allow people to access vital information about their medicines in their own home - in a way to
best meet their Health Literacy needs.
✅ QR code access for patients, portals in Community Pharmacies, GP surgeries, Hospital waiting area’s to support workflow efficiency and enable patient centred conversations.
✅ Intervening early for “Preventable” medicines relates A&E hospital admissions by patients knowing what to “look out for” and “what to do”.

Learning Disability Week 2025!! Starting Monday 16th June

This week is Learning Disability Week.

The theme this year is "do you see me?" which is all about people with learning disabilities being seen, heard and valued.
