When ordering my latest batch of supplies, I forgot that I don't need as much oil now!!
Iv over ordered! so I have decided to offer you guys the chance to buy some grapesed oil on a fill your own bottle basis.

Grapeed oil is a lovely versatile oil (I'll put some of the properties in the comments).

It will be 0.014 pence per 1 ml, an example of how that works out is 100ml for £1.40 (rrp is £4.80!).

Some changes are coming....
I have been given an amazing opportunity to work at Newcastle Carers as their Complementary Therapist. I have decided to accept this offer and as of 13th May I will be reducing my hours in my own business to two days per week.

For the time being I have suspended the sale of gift vouchers and I will be closing my books to new people, so that all available appointments are only allocated to existing clients (gift vouchers already in circulation will still be valid until their expiry date).

I have temporarily switched off access to online booking to help me manage the changes. Until further notice please contact me directly to book.

Sometimes, it can be tricky to find time for a break, but taking a break doesn't have to mean a day off or a holiday.
Consider that it could be more achievable to take short pauses throughout the day...

Such as:
Taking 3 deep breaths.
A quick walk around the block.
A short 3 min meditation.
Eat lunch outside.
Drinking a cup of tea mindfully.
Colouring in.
Relaxation app.

For me, this week, it was finally allowing myself the time to visit to get this humongous cheese scone and peach melba. 😍 The biggest (and most delicious scone) iv ever seen! If you look closely, iv included a pen for scale 😆
