As the weather changes, people become unwell and we experience "winter pressures" working in this sector.
In preparation for this, and to help staff unwind, our staff were invited to experience some alternative therapies for relaxation, stress relief and healing. The wellbeing of all of our staff is very important to us so we are thrilled to be able to give something back to them.

So some of the male support workers (after much risk planning exercises from the management team: shout out to CM Stew for helping with this!) took to the tracks with some of the our clients to try out some go karting this week!

Lads all thoroughly enjoyed it (staff and clients) and was certainly an unforgettable experience to remember!
