Ford Transit 2.2 DPF problems solved.

This poorly Transit was referred to us by a long term trade customer. We worked together on this and after finding the underlying cause of the problem, the garage were able to source the parts ready for the van returning to them. Before handing the van back we carried out a DPF clean using the awesome DC Lubricants Ltd kit 👌

BMW 118D stage 1 remap.
This long term customer wanted a few more beans from his 1 series without doing anything daft to affect reliability. As always we gave the car a health check to make sure it was safe to tune before proceeding.
A nice smooth factory like remap with an extra 40BHP and 60NM really transformed how the car drives and the customer is delighted. It's always great to see previous customers returning and we have been looking after this one for over 15 years!

Mitsubishi Outlander DPF Assessment and repair.

The customer had recently purchased this car and was experiencing DPF problems after only a few hours. The garage he purchased it from had already fitted a new, genuine DPF but this was already badly blocked..... We carried out an assessment to find out why it had blocked (and the reason for the original DPF to fail). We then reported our findings to both the customer and also the car sales. We then repaired the boost leak, cleaned the DPF and carried out an extended road test to make sure everything was working as intended. This low mileage Evoque came to us via a long-term trade customer to health check the DPF before fitting a new Particulate Matter sensor.
