I have worked in the care sector for almost ten years. I have been a support professional for children and young people at high risk, as well as those with challenging behaviours. As I have progressed in my career, I have completed my Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Health and Social Care.

While working with ISSAC, I have advanced from a senior role to Deputy ISL Manager.

I consider myself a people person and thrive on the ability to help and understand others, even when faced with adversity.

🌊 A Day by the Sea with Abbie 🌊
What a fantastic day out at Roker!
Abbie enjoyed the fresh sea breeze, stunning coastal views, and a lovely stroll along the promenade. 🐚✨

Days like these remind us how important it is to get out, explore, and make memories together. 💙

🌟 Empowering Change, One Person at a Time 🌟

At ISSAC Ltd, we know that the quality of care depends on the people who provide it. That’s why we carefully select our team — not just for their professional skills, but for their kindness, patience, and a genuine desire to help.

Our Registered Manager, Shaun Johnson, recently spoke about our partnership with Reed in Partnership, which has been going strong for over a year. Through the DWP Restart Scheme, we’ve welcomed incredible individuals into our team — people who bring fresh energy, commitment, and a shared belief in delivering care that truly makes a difference.💡

Our recruitment process involves a thorough review of each candidate’s experience, skills verification, and in-depth training — because we’re not just hiring staff, we’re building a team of compassionate professionals who are ready to support those who need it most.

If you’d like to join a workplace that values respect, compassion, and professionalism, we’d love to hear from you! 🤗👉

🎧 Exploring New Skills at ISSAC

Today, Madeline embraced a brand-new challenge – DJ-ing! With focus, creativity, and a brilliant sense of rhythm, she took to the decks and delivered an incredible set.
