🧠 ADHD & Diet: The Hidden Connection
Did you know what you eat can either calm your brain or fuel the chaos?

✔ Start your day with protein – eggs, lean meats, nuts. It stabilises blood sugar and boosts dopamine for better focus.
✔ Cut out sugar, artificial sweeteners, and food dyes – they can worsen hyperactivity and impulsivity.
✔ Add Omega-3s, magnesium, zinc, and Vitamin B – these nutrients support brain health and reduce symptoms.
✔ Consider a low-carb, nutrient-dense diet – it helps the brain run on clean fuel and improves attention.

🥦🍳 Eat Well, Live Well — The ISSAC Way 🍳🥦

Fast food and packaged meals might be convenient, but your body deserves better. At ISSAC, we believe that nourishing yourself with fresh, whole foods is one of the most powerful ways to support your health — both mentally and physically.

🌱 Choose vibrant vegetables, seasonal fruits, grass-fed meats, and free-range eggs. 🧺
Support your local farms and markets — it’s better for you and the planet.

Healthy eating isn’t about restriction — it’s about respecting your body and giving it what it truly needs to thrive.

💚 Because wellbeing starts from within.

From its stunning stained glass windows to the awe-inspiring vaulted ceilings, every corner tells a story that spans centuries. Will loved soaking in the peaceful atmosphere and learning about the cathedral’s rich heritage.

🧠 Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month | November 2025
💙 Every November, we shine a light on an issue that too often goes unspoken — men’s mental health. In the UK, su***de remains the leading cause of death for men under 50. Many men still feel unable to open up about their mental health due to outdated ideas about masculinity and strength.

This month, we’re standing together to break the stigma. Let’s remind the men in our lives that it’s okay to talk, to ask for help, and to support one another.

💬 Your voice matters.
🤝 You’re not alone.
💙 Let’s use this month to listen, support, and speak up.
