Loosing your hair as a woman is sole destroying be it through chemo or other medical issues or alopecia , men too I feel for as they don’t have the solutions we do ❤️
I was told pretty early on in my journey my hair would never ever likely come back 💕god that pain In the first few months even years was horrible #
I felt proper loss, embarrassment not just for me but for my family and friends about been seen with me at the time I didn’t know anyone wearing wigs 😭I felt shame so many emotions of why me 😞
And I think the hard thing is especially when it’s alopecia you don’t have like any specialist there to tell you why this has happened or how the future will look the lack of support is so hard as its so unpredictable and no one has answers

The help I was eventually given was counselling to try get me social again was pretty useless now I look back for me I needed a good wig solution as that would change how I felt socially but as I hadn’t been directed anywhere decent I was stuck with bad wigs that kept my mood low

Never ever feel like grieving your hair loss isn’t normal , but time heals and wigs can give you back what’s been taken away and in my instance for the better ,

Seek out ladies like myself local to you who may know of support groups and who will help and advise as much as they can with real honesty about what works and what doesn’t gosh the money I could of saved with lotions and potions I could of had the best wig ever .
