My name is Liz Ford and I am the Glow coach for Blyth, Cramlington, Gosforth, Seaton Sluice and Whitley Bay. I have been a fitness instructor for 7 years and I can help you shed your unwanted weight, whether you have a few pounds or much more to lose. Each week I run 13 classes across my area and the exercise is suitable for all ages and abilities and all shapes and sizes I am now able to offer all my members a variety of classes including traditional Aerobics, Tabata, , Legs Bums and Tums, HIIT, Purestretch, Fitness Pilates and KettleBells. We're back home and chilling out after another fabulous weekend at the Cairndale Hotel, Dumfries. Glow is all about fitness, fun and friends and these weekends epitomises just that. Members from different classes come together and leave as friends after spending quality time together. We had a great night at the Motown tribute last night where we took over the dance floor....as we do.
I feel quite proud that Glow has become a lovely Community of like minded women ( and a couple of men). A huge thank you for my most generous gift too.
