A shout out to AMAZING customer service by Kelli at Body Candy. I bought this beautiful helix and there was a wee issue in that my stone didn’t have dimples so there was nothing for the ring to grab. I messaged CS and she immediately sorted a replacement. Great service and the white gold hoop is gorgeous if you’re looking for something more than stainless steel. And, yes they DO ship to the UK. Thanks again!

I LOVE teaching but I also really appreciate the opportunity to be a student again. Immersing myself in my own practice, feeling the sun on my face and getting to spend time with lovely friends. When I get home, I have a metabolic workshop and a longevity and burnout retreat to prepare for, so this is a lovely opportunity to prepare but also recharge for the upcoming events.
