The essential question you learn to ask yourself with Mindful Self-Compassion is 'What do I need right now?'. The best bit is, that with practice you also learn to respond to that question with a kindness and wisdom which we usually reserve only for our family and our friends.

If you would like to learn how to respond better to what you need right now, I will be running an online Mindful Self-Compassion course starting in September.

If you would like to learn more, you can either pm me or check out my website here https://www.surreyhillsmindfulness.co.uk/msc

You don't need to have learned mindfulness before and you do not need to undertake long practices between classes as you do with some mindfulness courses.

Join us online this September to learn Mindful Self Compassion

Learning MSC is for many people a revelation. Discovering that we can relate to ourselves with generosity and kindness can be the motivational change we need to step out of stress and self-criticism into a healthier and more productive way of living our lives.

I am excited to be able to offer this online course with my colleague Claire Garthwaite. We have both trained with the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion to teach this world-renowned course designed by Chris Germer and Kristin Neff.

The course will run for 9 weeks starting 14 September 10.00am-12.45pm. The cost is £295 with subsidised places available for those on low income - please enquire. To find more details about self-compassion and to book onto the course please visit https://www.surreyhillsmindfulness.co.uk/msc or contact me for a chat about whether the course might be suitable for your right now.

I hope to see you on this or another course soon
