Lyme disease is a serious infection passed on by ticks — tiny creatures that can be found in grassy or wooded areas across the UK. 🌿

If you love spending time outdoors, it’s important to know how to protect yourself and spot the early signs. Symptoms can include a rash, fever, and fatigue, but early treatment is very effective.

Stay safe, check for ticks after outdoor adventures, and learn more about prevention and symptoms here: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/lyme-disease/
