We try and make the area look nice but then we get the ever present degenerates.
This was a 5:14am this morning. We found the flowers disguarded at the end of the avenue that you can see in the distance.
I'll add another video in the comments.

Does Greater Manchester Police want to see the full video? These guys were obviously hiding.
