3. Avoid heavy & excessive exercise on the day of your treatment 🏋🏼‍♀️

4. Avoid excessive exposure to heat & UV radiation 24 hours proper to your treatment ☀️

5. Aim to avoid any non-prescribed blood thinghing medication such as ibuprofen, naproxen or aspirin up to 1 week before your appointment 💊

By following this pre-treatment advice you can help to minimise complications from your treatment and ensure your results shine through as quickly as possible! ✨
