Today Michelle has been hosting her Coffee Mornings at Riverside, Chapel View, Field View, Clayton House and Clayton Lodge.

Speaking with the teams, answering their questions and gaining feedback.

These sessions are really important as they help shape decisions and improve both the service we provide to our residents and employees experience.

As an added extra Andrew brought lots of donuts and sweet treats 🍩🍪🧁

Joe hasn’t been with us long but has made a major impact in his role as Quality Auditor.

He supports the whole group in completing audits and he’s currently working on our new workshops which will be live very soon.
