The Happy Bump Club FREE Pregnancy support group for anyone expecting in the Tameside and Oldham areas.

Monthly meet ups at Mossley Community Centre to share information, tips and advice. Regular guest speakers including Health Visitors, local pre/post natal organisations.

Normal service resumes!! ❤️

So happy to be back!

Such a great session with Lucy .hypnobirthing today!

We ALWAYS chat for sooo long then forget we actually have a guest speaker who is there for a reason 😅

First time parents-to-be joined us and we spoke about the importance of birth CHOICES, understanding you have OPTIONS and breathing that baby out. Also the important role your birth partner plays in labour, YOU are the advocate.

We have had lots of new donations recently so if you join us at the next session (sunday 12th April) you can have a browse of lots of FREE baby bits and pieces to take away.

Lucy from .hypnobirthing will be joining us ❤️

Lucy is a mum of 2 whose birth experiences have changed the way she sees birth, and women as a whole. She believes every woman should talk about their births in this way which is why she set up New Beginnings, offering antenatal birth coaching and postnatal doula support.

Lucy will be on hand to provide information about hypnobirthing and her role as a doula - we will have time for plenty of chat and questions!

Cant wait to see you back next weekend! We will have our usual brews, biscuits, book swap and baby clothes donations 🤩

❌️ Unfortunately I need to postpone our December session - the community centre is holding their annual Christmas tree festival so no groups are taking place.

Please go and support the community centre with this amazing event if you can!

December welcomes Sally Morgan, Perinatal Mental Health Maternity Support Worker for Tameside & Glossop NHS.

Sally will join us to provide information regarding baby brain development during pregnancy and the different stages of baby growth in the womb. She will also provide a lovely relaxation session.

Partners are more than welcome to join us!

Combination Feeding Co-Production Workshop 👇

We are looking for parents with experience of combination feeding to share their experience with us. You will work alongside our infant feeding team to design a package of support for parents across Tameside who are combination-feeding their baby. Children welcome, and we'll also provide brunch as a thank you for taking part.

Its well and truly feeling like summer is behind us, as the leaves begin to fall and the rain starts dropping back in!

BUT, we are here to see you through and provide some much needed rest and relaxation ❣️

Our next session is just a few weeks away and we have the ever so lovely Jade joining us .breathe for a calming pregnancy yoga session 🧘‍♀️

Jade will guide you through some pregnancy safe moves, helping you connect with your baby, as well as some useful moves to guide you through labour.

I hope you can join us for this opportunity to take some time out for yourself and your bump.

Come and join our Happy Bump Club social session!

This session is open to pregnant families as well as families that now have their little ones and have been to our sessions previously!

We will have a chat about all things pregnancy, birth, and fourth trimester. Connecting through peer support to share advice, information and tips!

We will have the usual brews, biscuits, baby clothes and book donations!

What a fabulous session on Sunday!!!

Lots of new faces and plenty of discussion about birth choices and the importance of being as informed as possible in readiness for labour, including having your birth partner involved as much as possible!

A massive thanks to Ruth for providing lots of information and answering questions from our group.
