Reiki is a healing therapy based on the basis that a practitioner can channel energy to the client to help or activate the natural healing process, this promotes physical and emotional well being. I am able to practice on both adults and children which I offer within the comfort of your own home, we just need a quiet area, you will be fully clothed throughout and I have a portable massage bed I ca

n use where needed. Reiki can be used along side traditional medication and treatments or alone but not as an alternative to traditional medicine. Seasons usually last approximately 45 mins and there will be time to discuss the process and ask questions before and after any session.

Happy Friday! I’ve not been posting daily like I used to just due to new commitments and family life, I’m still available and enjoying doing the wonderful thing that is Reiki and also offering Crystal Reiki too though 😊. Have a wonderful weekend whatever it may bring 💜

It’s amazing how good you can feel when you do that job in the house that you’ve been putting off, even if it’s emptying that washing basket that’s been driving you mad! It cleanses the soul and makes you feel so peaceful! 💜
