The session begins with a fully guided meditation before moving into a calming sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes and grounding instruments — creating a peaceful space to rest and reconnect.

⚠️ Sound baths may not be suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy, for those with epilepsy, or with certain medical implants (e.g. pacemakers). If you’re unsure, just drop us a message.

✨I’m gonna be honest… I never know what to post on here on a Sunday 🫣

I’ve got loads I could share, meditations, sound baths, membership, 1:1 sessions, workplace wellness, and then I sit here and think… I don’t want to just sell at people all the time.

But also… this is my business, so here we are 😅

So I’ll just say it how it is and just mention a few things!
