We’re live with Rapid Health!
No more waiting on hold, you can now sort your appointment requests online, at a time that suits you.
Just head to www.ashtonmedicalgroup.co.uk and click ‘ Rapid Health’ when the pop-up appears. Answer a few quick questions and submit your request, you’ll then get a link to book an appointment that’s right for your needs.
You can pick the clinician that’s best for you, avoid the phone queues, and get sorted faster and more conveniently.
If you need any help using it, our reception team is still here for you, just give us a call.

The UK Government will be testing the Emergency Alerts system this Sunday at 3pm. A loud message will appear on your phone, even if it’s on silent.

⚠️ If you are at risk, for example a victim of domestic abuse with a secret phone, you may wish to opt out for your safety.

Rapid Health Email Confirmations
This week has seen our Rapid Health system go live. We would like to advise our patients, that if you do not receive a confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk folder under the heading of Rapid Health rather than Ashton Medical Group.
Please do not forget, that you can still contact the surgery if you do not have access to the internet to book an appointment. Please be aware that our Patient Advisors will ask you a series of questions in order to book the most appropriate appointment for you.
