A lovely and heartfelt farewell yesterday as we said goodbye to Sam.
His family chose a truly special tribute, a Triumph Bonneville motorcycle hearse with his beloved wife Janet riding pillion, staying close by his side one last time on the journey to the crematorium.

It was a beautiful and moving service, filled with love and memories.
Rest in peace, Sam. You will be deeply missed by so many. 🖤🏍️

Samuel Jonathan Yarwood passed away 19th September 2025 Aged 65 years.
Samuel will take his final journey on Wednesday 8th October 2025 and will arrive at the Rowan Chapel Stockport Crematorium at 11:30am.
Sam's family are welcoming those from the fellow Biker Community who would like to es**rt the Motorcycle Hearse to Stockport Crematorium.
Bikers wishing to join the cortege are asked to meet at our Hyde branch:

A beautiful farewell yesterday for a truly well-loved gentleman.
A full chapel at Dukinfield bore witness to the impact he had on so many lives. Over 200 red roses were placed at the graveside, with another 200 arranged to spell out his name, a stunning tribute. Rose petals were gently scattered over his coffin, and the hearse deck looked absolutely amazing. A send-off filled with love, honour, and grace. 🌹🕊️

Brian Taylor passed away 23rd September 2025 Aged 82 years.
Brian will take his final journey on Thursday 2nd October and will arrive at Dukinfield Crematorium at 15:30

A dignified send-off at Hollinwood Crematorium last week, our hearse alongside two of our matching Mercedes limousines, gleaming in the sunshine with the sun just peeping through. Always proud to provide elegance, respect and care on such important occasions.

There are many meaningful ways to say goodbye to a loved one, and a horse-drawn carriage can add an extra special touch. Each service is carefully personalised to reflect the family’s wishes.

Last week, we had the privilege of working with these two stunning boys, dressed beautifully in black drapes with lilac plumes, just as the family requested. For one of the horses, it was only his second funeral since his companion recently retired. He rose to the occasion wonderfully, completing the four-mile walk to the crematorium with great composure and dignity.

Today we mourn the loss of a genuine legend. Ricky Hatton wasn’t just a champion in the ring — he was an inspiration to so many, showing us what true grit, heart, and determination looks like. His punches were powerful, but his kindness and humility outside the ring were even more so.

Yesterday, we said our final goodbye but certainly not forgotten to Graeme, lovingly known as "Fly."

The family chose a truly special, personalised coffin, a perfect tribute for such a passionate Manchester United supporter. The chapel at Dukinfield Crematorium was filled to capacity, a reflection of just how popular and well-loved Fly was.

He will be sadly missed by so many, but his memory will live on in all who knew him. ❤️

Last week the family chose this beautiful, eco-friendly white wicker casket, adorned with a garland of yellow roses to match the coffin spray. It was a stunning and peaceful tribute, simple, natural, and filled with love. 🌿💛🌹
