Time stood still for NHS pay rises for many years.

Delegates at UNISON National Health Conference in Liverpool call upon the HSGE to set a strategy on putting the NHS Pay right. Campaigning for setting a £15 minimum wage and to look at all AFC pay bands.
Unison delegates call on the SGE organise urgent talks with the government and build on a long term strategy.

Unison calls for branches to consult members to be prepared for action if the government don’t listen and make the changes needed to keep staff working in the nhs. To protect our t&cs and not take away or reduce them.

Unison urge its members to talk about pay, talk about how it affects you, how our government is letting us suffer by not paying the annual award on time - and to talk about supporting the branch on taking strike action to make the government listen.

Members are the voice of the trade unions - you can make change.
